At Almise Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury hair products. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.
Processing & Shipping
Orders require 7-14 business days for processing before shipment. Once processing is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please plan accordingly, as we do not offer expedited processing at this time.
Shipping Information
Carrier: All orders within the US are shipped via UPS or FedEX with signature confirmation.
Delivery Times: Economy delivery takes 5-8 business days after processing.
Carrier: International orders are shipped via FedEx Or UPS.
Delivery Times: Typically take up to 10 business days.
Lost Package
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to insufficient address information we will try to reach out for updated address so please include all contact information when placing order.
Address Corrections: Ensure your address is correct at checkout. Address changes must be made within 1 business day of purchase.
Responsibility: Almise Hair is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once in the hands of the carrier, contact your local post office for any issues. We will require a signature upon arrival.
Payment Policy
Once your payment is processed, it is non-refundable after 24 hours. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
